A Free-to-Enter Christmas Competition!

5239219065_7878d7700c_oAs well as aspiring to be a writer, a couple of other ventures keep me busy. One of these is Friday Flash Fiction, of which I’m the editor.

Friday Flash Fiction primaily promotes stories of up to 100 words. The stories must be stand-alone, have a beginning, middle and end, be in the English language, and of course the standard of writing must be of reasonable quality. But aside from that, anything goes.

Each year around this time we run a Christmas Competition for the best story submitted. The prize is just US$50 in the winner’s local currency, and entry is completely free. A short list will be chosen by the judges, but the actual winner is chosen by our writers themselves in a secret ballot.

Why not give it a go? You’ve nothing to lose. Entries close at 23.59 GMT on 18th December 2018. Take a look, visit the website.
